Who controls your data

Cerberus Cloud is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@cerberus-cloud.com.

What we collect

When you subscribe for the MSP Azure FinOps Service Line Playbook, we collect the work email address you enter in the form. We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this site.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your work email to send the requested playbook when it is released and to send relevant Cerberus Cloud product updates. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Service providers and international transfers

Form submissions and email notifications are processed by Resend on our behalf. We only share personal data with providers needed to receive form submissions and deliver the requested emails. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate transfer safeguard made available under applicable data-protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while the playbook request and product-update subscription remain active. We review the list regularly and delete addresses that have been inactive for 24 months, unless we need to retain a minimal suppression record so that we can respect an earlier opt-out or meet a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting support@cerberus-cloud.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Depending on where you live, you may also ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict or provide a copy of your personal data, or object to its use. Contact support@cerberus-cloud.com to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
