Pricing

Pricing by cloud spend

A predictable model for MSP delivery, aligned with the Azure portfolio you manage rather than the savings you create.

One model, scaled to your portfolio

Cerberus Cloud charges a fixed monthly fee for each client you manage, set by that client's Azure spend band. Partner discount tiers then lower your whole bill as your portfolio on Cerberus Cloud grows.

  • A fixed monthly fee per client, set by that client's Azure spend band
  • No percentage-of-spend charge, so your CSP margin stays yours
  • Partner discounts on your whole bill as your business with us grows
  • No seat limits across engineering, service and account teams
  • Every capability included in every band
  • Billed monthly, with no minimum commitment

Pricing that supports an MSP service line

Percentage-of-spend pricing creates the wrong tension: the platform earns more when your client spends more, while your service is meant to reduce waste. CSP reseller margins are thin already, and a share-of-spend fee takes its cut from every client's bill. Cerberus uses a fixed fee per client instead. That makes software cost predictable, leaves your CSP margin intact, gives you room to set your own managed service margin and keeps the commercial model aligned with measured client outcomes.

Every tier includes the same core delivery capabilities. Plans differ by managed Azure spend, not by the number of engineers or account managers who need access. Your cloud, service desk and customer success teams can collaborate without deciding who deserves a seat.

Partner discounts as you grow

The more clients you run on Cerberus Cloud, the higher your partner tier and the larger the discount across your whole monthly bill. Very large client estates and phased rollouts are priced by arrangement. We share the full rate card and partner tiers in the walkthrough.

Frequently asked questions

How is "managed Azure spend" calculated?
It's the total monthly Azure spend across every tenant you've connected to Cerberus for that client — the same number you'd see summed across those tenants' cost management views. It's not your MSP's revenue or margin.
What happens if a client's spend grows or shrinks?
A single month's spike or dip changes nothing. A client moves to a different band only after three consecutive months of spend in that band, and we notify you before the new fee applies. Partner tiers work the same way, based on your monthly spend with Cerberus Cloud.
How is this different from Azure's own Advisor recommendations?
Azure Advisor gives per-resource suggestions, and Microsoft notes that its savings estimates use retail rates without accounting for discounts, reservations or savings plans. It doesn't rank work by effort and risk or keep a delivery record per client. Cerberus Cloud ties findings to real billing data across your full client portfolio, ranks them by impact, effort and risk, and keeps a savings-delivery history your account teams can use with clients. Cerberus Cloud vs Azure Advisor
How long does onboarding take?
A typical tenant connection takes minutes once you grant the read-only service principal. Most MSPs start with a two-tenant pilot and expand from there.
Do you offer partner discounts?
Yes. Partner discount tiers apply to your whole monthly bill, and your tier rises as your total monthly spend with Cerberus Cloud grows. We share the tiers alongside the rate card in the walkthrough.
Is there a contract minimum?
No. Fees are per managed client and billed monthly, with no minimum commitment. Very large or phased portfolios can agree a different commercial shape.
